27 wooden cubes joined by an elastic cord must be arranged to form one large cube with a continuous band of colour running around the edge. Three cubes of a contrasting colour must form a diagonal line through the centre of the cube.

Two beads threaded together on one 'tangled' piece of cord and kept separate by a stubborn block. Object: To get the beads side by side without busting the block.
